It wouldn't be January if...

...we didn't start it off right with my son getting sick. Last year we finished up bronchitis (both he and I), followed by a very nasty case of the rotovirus (him), followed by pinkeye (me), followed by my getting a stomach bug, followed by some other upper-respiratory crap (him), followed by pinkeye (him). I think this brings us to March of last year!

This time, poor little dude has pinkeye (in both eyes) and an ear infection. Thankfully today he's acting more like himself. Yesterday he didn't want to do much of anything. Amazing what a little antibiotics, eye drops, Tylenol, and a lot of TLC does for a kid! :-)
