Like Clockwork

September rolls around and just like magic - it gets cold. I go from two weeks of lovely weather in Seattle (if you can believe that) to cold and gloom in Denver. Apparently it's supposed to be ~80 tomorrow but I maintain that gloomy Mondays simply suck.

On a brighter note, my Pumpkin Spice Lattes are already at a Starbucks near me. As happy as this makes me (c'mon, I gotta have a foofy coffee drink every now and then, right?) I also find it a bit unnerving. Didn't these tasty treats not arrive until closer to October last year? So by that logic, this means they'll turn up in August next year? Just seems wrong to me. But I'm not complaining.

Pumpkin Spice Latte's arrive around the same time of the Sear's Wishbook...and morning fog. It's all a highly coordinated assult to make the end of summer easier.
